The UEL200 series eccentric sleeve spherical outer ring bearings feature an inner ring that extends at one end and are fitted with an eccentric locking sleeve; rotating the eccentric sleeve secures the bearing onto the shaft, making installation and removal convenient, and making them suitable for high-speed operating conditions. The spherical outer ring provides self-aligning capability, compensating for misalignment during installation.
With double-sided sealing for protection against dust and debris, these bearings are primarily designed to withstand radial loads, whilst also being capable of handling minor axial loads. The locking mechanism differs from that of set-screw types, thereby minimising the risk of set-screw loosening and subsequent scratching of the journal.
Compatible with P, F, FL and T-type bearing housings, they are commonly used in conveyors, agricultural machinery, fans, textile machinery and light mining equipment.
